We generally ship items out very soon after receiving orders. So if you need to change something regarding your order please email us as soon as possible: 

• Use email address info@thequietachiever.co.nz 
• Write your order number in the subject line.
• Include details of the desired changes.

Due to the nature of the products we sell and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on any product unless you received the wrong item by mistake, or the exchange is covered under the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trade Act.

Please read our sizing information carefully as we cannot exchange products that are too big or too small if the size is listed on site.

Soon after your item has been processed and is ready for shipping you will receive an email notification from us which will include your tracking number and a link so you are able to track your parcels shipping progress.

Most orders will be shipped the same day or the following day and then you can usually expect to receive your parcel from our courier within 1 or 2 business days after shipping. Please allow an extra 1 or 2 business days if you have a rural delivery address.

Sometimes delays outside of our control may occur. If you have not received your item after 7 business days please email us at info@thequietachiever.co.nz for an update.

Nobody will know that you have ordered from us or what you have ordered from us unless you tell them! Our packaging is 100% discreet.

Transactions from us will appear on your bank statement as: SP * MT2020 to ensure your discretion and privacy is maintained.
